How It Works

The Commission Process

From first inquiry to framed original — a clear, collaborative process with you involved every step of the way.

01

Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out the commission form with your subject, preferred medium, size, and any reference photos you have in mind. The more context you give me, the better.

02

Consultation & Quote

I'll review your request and reply within 48 hours with a detailed quote and any follow-up questions about subject, composition, and style.

03

Deposit & Begin

A 50% deposit confirms your spot. I work with a limited commission schedule, and then begin with composition sketches for your approval.

04

Progress Updates

You'll receive photo updates at key stages so you can see the piece taking shape. I welcome feedback throughout the process.

05

Final Review & Delivery

On completion, you approve the final piece. The remaining balance is due, then I ship the original with protective packaging, plus a high-resolution digital file.

Questions

Common Questions

Do I need professional photos as reference?

Not necessarily. High-quality phone photos work great. I also work from fight footage screenshots — the key is clarity of the pose, face, and lighting you want captured.

Can I commission a portrait of a famous fighter?

Absolutely. Many commissions are of famous fighters as gifts or personal display pieces. I'll work from publicly available reference material and your specific direction on composition.

How do I send reference photos?

After your inquiry is accepted, I'll send a secure link where you can upload high-resolution reference files. You can also email them directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Originals are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide. International shipping typically adds $25–$80 depending on destination and package size.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Every commission includes a revision round where I address specific concerns. If the final piece genuinely doesn't match the agreed brief, we'll work it out. Your satisfaction matters to me.

How long is the current wait time?

Current wait time for new commissions is approximately 3–6 weeks depending on the medium and current queue. Contact me for the latest availability.
