1. Services

We provide custom commission-based artwork including realistic charcoal drawings, oil sketches, and full paintings, primarily of Muay Thai and MMA fighters. All commissions are custom and made-to-order.

2. Commission Process

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of the final artwork.
  • We will provide progress updates and up to two rounds of minor revisions during the sketch/approval phase. Additional revisions may incur fees.
  • Turnaround times are estimates only and subject to change. We will communicate any delays promptly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed as starting ranges and may vary based on complexity, size, and details. All payments are processed securely. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the inquiry process.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Physical artwork will be shipped via insured carrier. Digital files (if applicable) will be delivered via secure download. Risk of loss passes to the client upon shipment.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • We retain all copyrights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You (the client) receive a personal, non-commercial use license for the finished piece.
  • Commercial use, reproduction, or resale requires separate written agreement and additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to display commissioned works in our portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes. We will not share client names without permission.

6. Reference Materials

You are responsible for providing high-quality reference photos. By submitting references, you warrant that you have the legal right to provide them and grant us permission to use them for creating the commissioned work.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Refunds after work has started are at our sole discretion and may be issued as store credit minus costs incurred.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client changes or late feedback.

8. Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the commission. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All artwork is provided "as is" after final approval.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
